We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Products offered on the Site, to discontinue any Product at any time, and to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any Product.
We make every effort to display the colors, images, and descriptions of our Products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual colors or details of the Products.
4. Purchases and Payment
All purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability. We accept all major credit cards as payment for Products.
By placing an order, you represent that the Products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with any laws in your jurisdiction that may restrict or prohibit the purchase, possession, or use of the Products we sell.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud and loss prevention department.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Due to varying state laws and regulations regarding CBD, THC, THCA, and hemp-derived products, we are unable to ship to certain states. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived products.
Shipping Disclaimer: We do not ship products to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. This list is subject to change as state laws evolve. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you select, estimated shipping dates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that hemp-derived product laws vary by state and that you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local and state laws. Emerald Medicine Company is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the purchase or possession of our products in jurisdictions where they may be restricted.
6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most new, unopened items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
